FastStreamingPrivacy policy
FastStreaming designs sovereign, privacy-respecting systems — and this website is built the same way. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and tracks nobody. Everything it serves comes from our own infrastructure in the EU.

2. What data we process, and why
- Email enquiries. The only personal data we receive through this site is what you choose to send us by email (your address, name and message) when you contact direccion@, sales@, r-d@ or our team addresses. We process it to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business communications you initiate (art. 6.1.f GDPR), and pre-contractual steps where applicable (art. 6.1.b).
- Server logs. Our EU-hosted web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and operation of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 6.1.f). Logs are rotated and not used for profiling.
3. Cookies
None. This site does not set cookies of any kind — not even "technical" ones — and therefore shows no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this policy and the site will say so clearly before anything is stored on your device.
4. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell, rent or share your data. It is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Our hosting infrastructure is located in the EU. Data may be disclosed only where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and afterwards only as required to meet legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to legal@faststreaming.es. We will answer within the legal deadline. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, hosts every asset itself, and follows the same engineering discipline as our production platforms: minimal surface, EU infrastructure, no third-party dependencies in your browser.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
