Streaming & CTV

Real-time AI ad detection on 40+ live channels — without transcoding, without playout upgrades, on any network including private cable.

The original problem we solved.

Traditional server-side ad insertion (SSAI) requires expensive playout upgrades and SCTE-35 markers inserted at source. Local broadcasters, regional channels and private cable operators were locked out of programmatic advertising — they could not afford the infrastructure investment to access the $10 CPM market.

TALOS — our real-time AI vision engine — detects bumpers and ad breaks in any stream in under two seconds, generates frame-accurate SCTE-35 markers on the fly, and routes the resulting ad-enabled stream through Oracle Cloud's global CDN. No transcoding. No source-side changes. The same stream, monetised.

World firsts

Two industry barriers we crossed first.

Private-network programmatic

First company in the world to enable programmatic advertising on private cable networks. Zapi TV became the first private cable operator running live programmatic ads, using FastStreaming.

Any CDN → ad-enabled CDN

Transform any streaming CDN into a monetisable platform on the fly, with no infrastructure changes. The existing CDN becomes ad-enabled instantly through TALOS.

Production partners & integrations

Working with the platforms operators already trust.

TALOS is integrated with the standard infrastructure of programmatic CTV — Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, The Trade Desk as official SSP partner, IAS for verification, Publica for the SSP layer — so you do not have to swap vendors to start monetising any stream.

Agro-industrial

Non-intrusive monitoring of lactic fermentation in silage, dairy and biogas — without breaking the seal, opening the silo or destroying the sample.

The problem the industry has lived with for decades

Evaluating whether silage is fermenting correctly requires destructive sampling: break the hermetic seal, expose the bulk to oxygen, send a sub-sample to the lab. By the time the result arrives, the silo's anaerobic environment is already compromised. Farmers and feed-quality teams either open too early — wasting feed potential — or too late, after spoilage has set in. Cheese makers buying third-party silage have no practical way to screen incoming batches for clostridial-spore risk before mixing them into a tank that won't show problems for weeks.

The industry needs a way to look inside the silo without opening it — and to see not just whether something is happening, but what kind of fermentation is happening, with enough specificity to decide whether to wait, open, or reject.

Reference validation

A 120-day simulated silo, end to end.

A reference scenario — alfalfa, 50% moisture, 20°C ambient — was modelled with a 19-equation biophysical core (Monod-Gompertz kinetics, McDonald stoichiometry, Newton cooling, Fick oxygen diffusion), translated to electrical signals through a petrophysical chain, and finally rendered as the response of a real GF Instruments CMD device. Outputs:

3.46
Final pH after 120 days · stable lactic fermentation
29.9°C
Thermal peak on day 3, stabilised by day 7
0.0019°C
Mean absolute error in temperature reconstruction
8 / 8
Forensic indicators validated under reference conditions

Where it applies

One physics, multiple verticals.

Any closed lactic-fermentation environment with sufficient moisture follows the same physical relationships. The petrophysical chain re-calibrates per substrate; the methodology is identical.

Dairy farms · feed quality

Daily readings around the silo perimeter to confirm stable fermentation before opening. Replaces the educated guess with an objective open / wait decision.

Cheese makers · butyric-spore screening

A 30-second χ reading on each incoming bale flags soil contamination — the primary vector for late cheese blowing — before it ever enters the vat.

Industrial sauerkraut, kimchi, brined vegetables

Continuous monitoring of large fermentation tanks through the wall — no headspace breach, no contamination, no batch loss.

Composting and biogas digesters

Detects cold zones where activity has stalled, early acidification states, and overall reactor health — relevant for both yield optimisation and HACCP / ISO 22000 traceability.

EU consortium partners

Built and validated alongside the agro-food sector itself.

The agro-industrial vertical is being developed inside an EU consortium with technology centres and cooperatives that handle the actual product, not just laboratory references.

Critical Infrastructure

DCF-GRID — a predictive resilience layer that turns oscillation alarms into useful manoeuvre time for the human operator.

28 April 2025 — Iberian blackout

Detection without anticipated manoeuvre is not resilience.

The first major event of its kind in the Continental European Synchronous Area. Existing monitoring detected the 0.6 Hz oscillation at 12:02 CEST. The grid collapsed at 12:08. Six minutes of signal — zero seconds of computed manoeuvre time for an operator to act on. 60 million citizens affected, 15.5 hours average restoration time, €1.6–5 B in estimated losses, and 9 reported fatalities. Conventional WAMS / DSA tooling did not fail to detect; it failed to tell the operator how long they had.

DCF-GRID · operator output

The output is a time, not just an alarm.

DCF-GRID ingests existing PMU and SCADA streams and produces a predictive horizon Hp(t) — an estimated useful manoeuvre time before degradation, instability or failure. It is not a heavier model on top of the existing one; it is a different output altogether.

  • Predictive, not reactive. Estimated time-to-act, not just an oscillation flag.
  • Auditable on NDA. Built on physically meaningful parameters, not opaque ML weights.
  • Legacy-compatible. Runs over your existing SCADA / PMU. Days of integration, not months of replacement.
  • EU-sovereign by design. Oracle Cloud EU (Madrid / Frankfurt). GDPR-native. Aligned with CER and NIS2 by construction.

Public Sector

Sovereign, governed AI for European municipalities — designed for public administrations.

The triple pressure on every European municipality

Today's local administrations sit at the intersection of three forces that pull in different directions: citizen demand for 24/7, immediate, accessible service; the regulatory burden of GDPR, the National Security Scheme (ENS), the Transparency Law and the new EU AI Act; and finite human capacity — highly qualified teams locked into fragmented document handling and repetitive replies.

Generic commercial AI assistants do not solve this. They introduce non-EU data flows, opaque grounding, hallucinated answers and zero municipal data ownership — exactly the things a public administration legally cannot accept. The Public Sector solution exists to close that gap.

Architecture

Three layers, one audit trail.

The full stack is owned by the municipality — not licensed, not rented, not subject to a foreign jurisdiction. Every action across the three layers writes to the same audit log.

Digital Video Minutes

A transparency module: high-quality plenary recording, automated transcription with speaker recognition, and semantic search over the full archive — without altering the certified original record.

AI Orchestrator

A transversal governance layer that mediates every AI interaction: methodological traceability, mandatory human control, persistent legal-knowledge notebook, no autonomous user-facing replies.

Sovereign Infrastructure

Oracle Cloud EU (Madrid / Frankfurt). 100% municipal data ownership. No vendor lock-in. Fully transferable technical documentation should the political administration change.

Restrictions sealed in source code

Secure by default. Only the municipality holds the key.

The system enforces three boundary conditions at the source-code level, not as runtime configuration that an administrator could quietly relax. Every release is hashed (SHA256) and certified against an internal test suite of 678 automated checks before deployment.

A future political administration cannot loosen these without a code change, a re-audit and a re-certification — and that is the entire point.

Orchestrator use cases

What the AI Orchestrator actually does for the municipality.

Multilingual citizen assistant

24/7 attention in Galician and Spanish. Resolution of the standard queries — census, licences, grants. Automatic escalation to the right human agent with a structured context summary. WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.

Mass document handling

Automated analysis of tenders, technical reports and full administrative files. A persistent legal-knowledge notebook that accumulates municipal-specific intelligence over time — without leaking it outside.

Internal employee support

Semantic search across municipal regulations, deadline reminders, structured cross-references. The Orchestrator assists technical judgement; it does not replace it.

Sovereign compliance matrix

Compliance is built in — not bolted on later.

European framework
  • EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) — limited-risk classification with full documented traceability.
  • GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) — EU municipal infrastructure; data-subject rights handled by design.
Spanish framework
  • National Security Scheme (ENS) — medium-high category measures; audit included.
  • Law 40/2015 & 39/2015 (LRJSP / LPACAP) — integration with electronic registry and signature; single administrative file.
  • Public Procurement Law (LCSP) — single CPI / framework agreement to avoid contract fragmentation.
Regional (Galicia)
  • Law 1/2016 (Transparency) — open portal and auditable plenary minutes.
  • Law 5/1988 (Language) — native, equivalent service in Galician and Spanish.

Deployment

A 24-week plan with eight verifiable milestones.

Each phase has documented success thresholds. If a milestone fails, the plan stops — no quiet promotion to the next phase.

Phase 0 · Weeks 1–4
Technical setup

Oracle Cloud EU deployment, legacy connection, full DPIA. Milestones H1 (deployment) and H2 (ENS / GDPR verified).

Phase 1 · Weeks 5–10
Closed pilot

Restricted citizen assistant and pilot plenary recording. Milestones H3 (1,000 attended queries) and H4 (zero security incidents).

Phase 2 · Weeks 11–18
Expansion

24/7 citizen access, CTV activation, semantic notebook over plenary minutes. Milestones H5 (40% response-time reduction) and H6 (≥95% satisfaction).

Phase 3–4 · Weeks 19–24
Evaluation & production

DPO audit and full council vote. Milestones H7 (100% auditability) and H8 (full WCAG accessibility).

Success thresholds

Six KPIs the project must hit before going live.

≥ 40%
reduction in average citizen first-response time
≥ 99.5%
operational availability of the base infrastructure
100%
of responses with complete audit log and traceability
≥ +50
Net Promoter Score on citizen satisfaction
≤ 1 €
maximum estimated cost per attended query at end of Phase 3

Multilingual coverage and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility

For municipalities and regional administrations

Sovereign AI is not a slogan — it is an architectural choice.

We work with city councils, regional bodies and digital-transformation offices that need to deliver real AI services to citizens without giving up control of the data, the audit trail or the procurement.

Four solutions. One predictive AI platform.
